An accomplished wine grower and producer of fine New Mexican Wines , with his Willmon’s Vineyard Label, and a gourmet food retailer with his End of the Vine Store also in Ruidoso, New Mexico, Scott has combined his two loves with the creation of Willmon’s Prime Grille.

One of the American Southwest’s premier young chefs, Brian is a self taught culinary master and has accumulated an impressive resume in his relatively brief career. His “food as art” approach puts a unique spin on the steak and seafood menu at Willmon’s, creating interesting presentations while staying true to this classic menu approach.
